Premier Attachments Training Week: Built to Perform and Tested by Our Team07/14/2025At Premier Attachments, we know that confidence comes from experience and that’s exactly what we’re giving our sales team during Premier Training Week. From auger drives to trenchers, and all the way to our newest product additions, we’re getting hands-on with the equipment that drives our customers' success. This week, our sales team, Coleen, Joey, and Ben are trading the sales floor for the driver’s seat, taking our most in-demand attachments for a spin and learning how they operate on both mini-skid steers and full-size skid loaders.Tuesday: Starting Strong with Auger Bits & Drives We kicked things off by digging deep—literally. Coleen, Joey, and Ben tested out a variety of auger bits and drive units, learning how torque, RPM, and bit type all play a role depending on soil conditions and application. From auger adapters to extensions they saw firsthand Premier augers and auger accessories in action. Wednesday: Trenching and the Duo-Tach Difference Midweek brought the power and precision of our trenchers, along with the flexibility of the Duo-Tach mounting system. Our team got a crash course in how Duo-Tach allows attachments to switch seamlessly between mini and full-size machines. Thursday: The Power Breaker in Action Things got serious on Thursday when we fired up the Power Breaker. Ben led the charge as we put this concrete-busting attachment to the test. With its rugged construction and serious impact energy, it’s a must-have for demo jobs—and now our sales team knows exactly how it performs in the field. Friday: Finishing with Finesse… The Power Rake We wrapped up the week with our newest landscape tool, the Power Rake. Coleen showed off her skills prepping seedbeds and smoothing out terrain, proving that this tool isn’t just powerful, it’s precise. Whether you’re clearing debris or grading out a site, the Power Rake gets it done with control and speed. Why It Matters Hands-on training equips our sales team with more than product knowledge, it gives them real world understanding. When Coleen, Joey, or Ben talks to a customer, they’re not just quoting specs they’re sharing experience. At Premier Attachments, we believe in building more than attachments, we build confidence, expertise, and lasting partnerships.
