Employee Spotlight: Randy10/29/2026This week, we're giving a well-deserved shoutout to Randy, one of our senior welders here at Premier Attachments! Randy has been with us for about 19 years, and we're thankful for the hard work, dedication, and knowledge he's brought to the team. A Welder Through and Through When asked what his favorite part of the job is, Randy had a pretty simple answer: welding. He enjoys standing at his station and laying down beads, and after nearly two decades, he certainly knows a thing or two about it. Randy welds many of our post driver components, mounting systems, and PD400 components. So, if you've ordered any of these from Premier, there's a good chance Randy had a hand in making them! He's also a big part of training new employees, sharing the tips, tricks, and experience he's picked up over the years. His knowledge and willingness to help others are something we really appreciate. Now, ask him about his least favorite part of the job, and that's an easy answer too: grinding. In Randy's words, "Sometimes you have to put the grinder down and walk away for a minute." Good Times Around the Shop Some of Randy's favorite memories at Premier involve his supervisor, Sean. If those two are around each other, there's usually some friendly banter, joking, or horsing around going on! Randy is someone we all enjoy having around, and we're grateful for everything he brings to the team, from his welding expertise to the relationships he's built over the years.
