All Premier products are manufactured and warehoused right here in the Midwestern United States, and custom-made products can be engineered and manufactured quickly from parts and accessories already on hand to meet specific customer needs. We’re ready to hit the ground running as soon as an order is received.

Calls to our offices are answered promptly and courteously by a real person during business hours 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday. We strive to ship all orders in a timely manner. However, the current business climate and supply chain issues has adversely affected our lead times. Dealers can expect a freight quote to be given to them immediately upon placing an order. Premier’s shipping rates are very competitive. We do our best to secure the best pricing for our sellers by leveraging our volume with shippers. At Premier, we know no one likes to wait.
