And the way we build ’em, they’ll keep on delivering the goods for decades to come! Consider: These are "Made int he USA" drive units, designed, engineered, and manufactured in our Fort Wayne, Indiana, plant. No third drain line is ever required for any Premier earth anchor drive unit Whatever torque capacity you need, our two-speeds most likely supply it You can count on our two-speeds being heavy-duty industrial-grade units, too. That means they’ll handle the higher hydraulic operating pressures of any machine made today – including all types of skid steer loaders, excavators, backhoes, cranes, and compact track loaders. Premier also makes more than 250 different mounting brackets to work with these machines. Have to use custom mounting brackets? Our two-speed earth anchor drive units can accept those as well. The built-in hydraulic pressure relief valves on these units make for worry free installation of your earth anchors, screw anchors, or helical piers - call 'em what you will. Output shafts are available in 2-inch hexagon, 2½-inch hexagon, 3-inch hexagon, and 4-inch square configurations. You'll be happy to know each of our automatic shift-on-demand, two-speed earth anchor drive units is designed to work seamlessly with our exclusive, innovative Premier Power Pin. If these stats appeal to you, and you’d like to purchase one of our two-speed earth anchor drive units, you might also consider financing it through us. We price our units competitively – to make them affordable for the greatest number of customers. Still, some of the larger earth anchor systems can put a dent in the wallet for sure. Talk with us about our financing options. Here are the most common two-speed earth anchor drive units we make at Premier: H205PD & H208PD: These are the perfect drive units for any machine that has an available hydraulic capacity of less than 25 gpm, such as mini excavators, small and mid-sized skid steers, and so on. Both units are small, compact two-speed systems that produce from 4,000 to 8,000 ft/lb of torque. They’re totally shift-on-demand systems, too. That means they start out in a higher-speed/lower-torque mode, then, as the anchor goes deeper and the resistance gets greater, they shift automatically into a lower-speed/higher-toque mode. An additional key feature is that neither of these drive units requires a third case drain line. Both of them come in your choice of a 2-inch hexagon or 2½-inch hexagon output shaft. H206PD: This two-speed earth anchor drive operates exactly as its smaller cousins, the H205 & H208, do. The big difference is that the H206PD has been engineered to handle hydraulic flows of more than 25 gpm. Such flows are typical with high-flow skid steer loaders, tractor loader backhoes, and mid-sized excavators. The H206PD operates in the 7,000 ft/lb torque range. Choose either a 2-inch hexagon or 2½-inch hexagon output shaft. H215PD: This two-speed unit produces torque in the 15,000-lb range. It operates much the same as any of our revolutionary two-speed automatic shift-on-demand drive units. With its 2½-inch hexagon or 3-inch hexagon output shaft – take your pick, the H215PD is suitable for use on a wide range of machines, including larger skid loaders and track loaders as well as excavators and backhoes. H230PD: This powerhouse of an anchor drive unit produces 35,000 ft/lb of torque to screw in the toughest helical piers. It’s perfectly suited for larger excavators taskedwith all sorts of jobs, no matter how demanding. And it’s offered with either a 3-inch hexagon or a 4-inch square output shaft. Keep in mind that all Premier two-speed earth anchor drive units are compatible with our revolutionary Premier Power Pin torque monitoring system. This amazing device assures unprecedented installation accuracy. For additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact Premier Auger.
